The website does not create guest accounts or operate its own online payment or booking database. When visitors use telephone, email or external booking links, they communicate through the selected service and that service may apply its own privacy policy. Information provided directly to the hotel may be used when necessary to answer enquiries, manage reservations and provide the requested stay.

PAPARAZZI uses a local DVR video-surveillance system for security and protection of guests, staff and property. Cameras cover external and common areas such as the courtyard, the area in front of the hotel and common spaces outside guest-room entrances. Cameras do not record inside guest rooms, apartments or bathrooms. Recordings are stored locally on the hotel’s DVR storage and may be reviewed when reasonably necessary to investigate security incidents, suspected theft, damage or unauthorized access. Access to recordings is limited to authorized persons and recordings are not intended for general monitoring of guests.

Where applicable, you may request information about how your data is used, request correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion or restriction where this is legally available.
