House rules & stay guide

Check-in is flexible. Guests receive self check-in instructions and access information before arrival, allowing them to arrive at a convenient time after their room is ready.

Check-out is by 12:00 PM. If you need additional time, contact us in advance and we will confirm whether a later check-out is possible.

If something in your room is not working correctly or you notice a problem, contact us as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve it as quickly as possible.

If you decide to leave before the end of a confirmed stay, contact us. Depending on the circumstances and the unused part of the reservation, a partial refund may be agreed.

If a reservation has been paid but the guest is unable to arrive, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the circumstances and, where possible, try to find a reasonable arrangement.

Please use the room and shared areas responsibly and leave them in reasonable condition. Daily cleaning is provided as part of the stay.

Please keep noise down after 22:00. Lower the TV volume and avoid loud conversations and music in rooms and corridors. Parties are not permitted.

Insert your card into the holder next to the entrance door to activate the electricity. Take the card with you when leaving and switch off appliances you are not using.

Press the power button (⏻) to turn on the fan coil unit. A green light indicates that it is on. Keep windows closed while it is running.

An electric kettle and glasses are provided. Use the kettle for water only, never switch it on empty and do not fill it above the maximum mark.

A shower cabin, hot water, shampoo, soap, and face, body and foot towels are provided. Please keep towels on the property and do not flush wipes or other objects down the toilet.

Cable TV is available. Use the remote control and leave the receiver cables and settings as they are. Contact us if you need help.

Smoking is prohibited in rooms and indoor areas. A smoke detector is installed — do not cover or disable it. Smoking incurs a charge for additional cleaning and odour removal.

Please take care of the furniture and equipment. Damage incurs a charge based on repair or replacement costs. Report any faults or damage to us promptly.

Lock the door when leaving and do not leave valuables unattended. Never leave the kettle running unattended, light candles or obstruct exits. Follow the agreed instructions for check-in, check-out and returning your card.
